Job Summary

Rêve Preparatory Charter School is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Elementary Education Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our instructional leadership team, the Elementary Education Team Lead will be responsible for advancing the mission of the school through the development of a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum and providing instructional leadership to our elementary education teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive, standards-aligned curriculum for elementary education that addresses the diverse needs of our students.
  • Instructional Leadership: Provide coaching and support to elementary education teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and student achievement.
  • Assessment and Data Analysis: Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and analyze data to inform instructional decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction and the School Director to establish and maintain a positive school culture and to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of student academic success in an elementary education setting.
  • Skills: Ability to take constructive feedback and quickly incorporate it into instructional practices, innovative and creative approach to teaching and learning, ability to take initiative and work independently, and strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Other Requirements
  • Teaching Certification: Valid teaching certification in Texas is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Background Check: State required fingerprint and background check.
  • Alignment with Mission and Values: Belief in and alignment with Rêve Preparatory Charter School's mission and core values is required.
