Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interpreters in our online scheduling portal, ensuring all appointments are covered
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and interpreters, managing relationships with both
  • Communicate with interpreters and clients via phone, email, and text
  • Train interpreters on various activities, including our online scheduling system
  • Answer phones and route calls, monitor email and texts
  • Participate in weekly meetings and contribute to the success of our team
  • Assist with reaching revenue goals and increasing relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Set up and train clients on using our online scheduling system
  • Set up clients for phone interpreting
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience of 2 years or more
  • Over two years of experience in customer service and/or account management/sales
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, write and verbal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Client-focused, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently
