About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a Registered Nurse in our Ortho-Trauma-Spine unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification.
