Job Description

At R&M Enterprises of Michigan, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming components to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain a quality control process that ensures the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify and correct quality issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
