About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Expert Process Operator to join our team at Xylem. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve division results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload deliveries to and from regional branches.
  • Operate computer systems to enter necessary documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
  • Make and monitor adjustments in plant via control systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum three years of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of chemicals used in specific regeneration processes.
  • Must be licensed forklift driver or able to obtain certification at time of hire.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
