About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of Certified Nursing Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of nursing care plans and activities.
  • Lead a team of Certified Nursing Assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that residents receive accurate and timely documentation of their medical records.
  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
  • Participate in discharge planning and development of resident care plans.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
  • Valid certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
