We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Tiki Bar Bartender to join our dynamic team at Chateau Beachfront Resort, BW Signature Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding service, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Connoisseurship: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, take orders, and offer suggestions, ensuring a personalized and hospitable experience.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and restock supplies, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, process payments, and balance cash registers at the end of shifts.
  • Responsible Serving: Monitor guest alcohol intake, verify identification, and decline service when necessary.
  • Food Coordination: Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
  • Attentive Service: Offer attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Opening and Closing Tasks: Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, glassware, and utensils.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Good understanding of cocktails, beers, and wines, along with bartending techniques and mixology expertise.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, engaging with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-traffic environment, while upholding precision and detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Reliability: Reliability to cover shifts in case of unforeseen absences.
