We're seeking highly motivated and successful Bi-Lingual Spanish Retail Sales Associates to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. If you're a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week. Bilingual - Equal proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. We use state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system. A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
