Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in ecommerce operations, ideally within the retail sector.

• Demonstrated success in leading ecommerce operations, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience.

• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape, including marketing tactics and leading ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

• Proficient in SEO, eMerchandising, and UX/UI principles.

• Strong grasp of ecommerce supply chain management, encompassing product development, marketing, and design.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong project management abilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
