Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Sterilize, clean, assemble, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot various pieces of machinery
- Assist with difficult airway management by providing equipment needs from providers
- Assist in the delivery of blood samples to the lab and retrieval of blood products
- Disassemble, decontaminate, and sterilize anesthesia equipment and supplies
- Report equipment problems to the management team and maintain accurate records
- Perform Point of Care (POC) testing procedures after completing an initial approved competency
- Efficiently transport anesthesia-related equipment and supplies to and from outside Operating Rooms locations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)
- One year experience working in a healthcare setting or successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or similar training

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
