Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries, and qualifying and enrolling callers in the appropriate health insurance plan.
  • Identifying and resolving customers' issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and dependability.
