Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests or inquiries, and qualifying and enrolling callers in the appropriate health insurance plan.
- Identifying and resolving customers' issues using problem-solving skills.
- Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
- The ability to work in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and dependability.
