Healthcare Support Specialist

Care Alliance Health Center is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to patients and families, promoting healthy behaviors and outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers will be essential in ensuring seamless care coordination.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to your competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
In this role, you will perform tasks such as:
- Triage and intake procedures to expedite patient flow
- Basic health assessments, such as vital signs and chief complaint recording
- Implementation of appropriate components of the plan of care under the direction of the healthcare team
