Insurance Customer Service Manager

Job Title: Client ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct support to producers and internal team members to aid in the retention of existing business and generation of new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage service team workflow and act as a technical expert to producers and clients
- Manage renewal process and new business marketing
- Maintain and build rapport with key partners
- Issue supporting documents and support other accounts as needed
- Maintain a culture of employee ownership and contribute to agency/carrier events or activities that strengthen our culture
- Demonstrate general knowledge of agency carriers, carrier/broker marketplace, and underwriting to coordinate with insurance companies to address client issues and solve client problems
- 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of Business/Commercial Lines Insurance customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Currently working as a Client Manager (or equivalent)
- Understand insurance markets and coverages offered
- CIC designation or equivalent, strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (strong math and Excel background)
- AMS360 experience (desirable)
- Detail-oriented and able to organize and prioritize work responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work in a team and set team deadlines and goals
- Obtain Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
