Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast business outcomes and inform strategic decision-making. Engage stakeholders through regular progress updates, visualizations, and interactive dashboards. Interpret model outputs and draw actionable insights to inform business strategy. Work with Enterprise AI/ML product teams to scale proven high-value models and develop new solutions.

Critical Soft Skills:
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong academic curiosity and willingness to learn new approaches. Self-starter with a big-picture perspective and ability to identify opportunities.

Critical Technical Skills:
3+ years of experience with hands-on involvement in data science projects. Proficiency in SQL and one other programming language (e.g., R, Python, C++, Minitab, SAS, Matlab). Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Theoretical or practical experience in mathematical optimization techniques. Experience in machine learning methods (e.g., multivariate regression, feature engineering, random forests, XGBoost, elastic nets, hierarchical bayesian regression, unsupervised learning, clustering/segmentation).
