What We Offer- One-on-one hour sessions with clients, focusing on outcomes
- A maximum of 35 client treatments per week to avoid burnout
- The flexibility to schedule around personal and professional goals
- A choice between a 4 or 5-day workweek

Industry-Leading Training and Professional GrowthWe invest over 100 hours per year in professional growth, with two hours of training and education per week and one hour of direct mentorship with an experienced physical therapist. Our goal is to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your career.
Ideal Candidate- Experience with running and walking gait analysis, return to sport testing, and sports performance testing
- Able to communicate the value of our service to clients
- Provides exceptional customer care, leading to client referrals
- Keeps timely and accurate documentation
- Physical therapists inspired to move the field forward using biomechanics and technology

- Current TX PT license
- Current CPR Certification
- 1+ years of experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply
- CSCS and OCS certifications preferred, with opportunities for growth
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
