RPM Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, privately owned sports orthopedic and biomechanics practice in The Woodlands, TX. We're a 100% cash-based clinic, utilizing advanced technology to attract and work with top clients in the North Houston Area.

Industry-Leading Training and Professional Growth

We dedicate over 100 hours per year to professional growth, with two hours of training and education per week and one hour of direct mentorship with an experienced OCS, CSCS, or FAAOMPT credentialed physical therapist.

Ideal Candidate
  • Perform running and walking gait analysis, return to sport testing, sports performance testing, initial evaluations, and follow-up appointments
  • Ensure clients achieve clinical, health, and lifestyle outcomes
  • Clearly communicate the value of our service
  • Provide exceptional customer care, leading to client referrals
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Current TX PT license
  • Current CPR Certification
  • 1+ years of experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply
  • CSCS and OCS – preferred or aspire to get, with company investment in growth
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
