Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the ICU and step-down units
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in critical care
  • Ability to work 3x12hr shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to float to other units as needed
