Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Specialist to deliver mandated speech-language therapy to preschool and school-aged children. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments
  • Implementing treatment plans
  • Managing cases and maintaining documentation
  • Participating in meetings related to student progress

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Certification as a Speech Language Specialist
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • A valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification or be a Clinical Fellow (mentoring and training provided)
  • Experience with the autistic population is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in treatment planning
  • A compassionate approach and a commitment to enhancing patient quality of life

Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $60.00-$75.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible hours available, Monday to Friday

Work Environment: In-person, school-based settings
