Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech therapy services to students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized speech therapy programs for students based on treatment plan goals.
  • Implement and monitor speech therapy services to achieve speech therapy goals and improve overall speech functioning.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' speech and language skills.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
