This role will provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation to the Digital Grid Management business, driving success through strategic commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property expertise.
Job Overview- We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in sophisticated legal environments, preferably with experience in software and services.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including NERC CIP, CCPA, GDPR, CRA, and other relevant regulations.
- A successful track record of providing excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, and written and oral communications skills is essential.

Your Impact- Provide hands-on practical legal guidance and representation to the DGM business in commercial transactions, ensuring seamless execution and mitigating risks associated with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, project delivery, business development, and security to ensure legal compliance and drive business success.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thought and action, staying informed about relevant legal developments, industry trends, and market conditions affecting commercial transactions.
- Showcase intellectual curiosity and creativity, engaging with the DGM business to solve problems, seize opportunities, and drive change.
- Focus on achieving tangible outcomes, being flexible, and prioritizing what's essential.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Strong business acumen and desire to make a meaningful impact on the company.
- Member in good standing of state bar association.
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
- 0-10% travel required.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
