Digital Grid Management Attorney

This role will provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation to the Digital Grid Management business, driving success through strategic commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property expertise.

• We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in sophisticated legal environments, preferably with experience in software and services.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including NERC CIP, CCPA, GDPR, CRA, and other relevant regulations.
• A successful track record of providing excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, and written and oral communications skills is essential.

• Strong business acumen and desire to make a meaningful impact on the company.
• Member in good standing of state bar association.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
