The Role

  • This role supports our global workforce by executing compliant, efficient people processes.

You will play a crucial part in supporting our Medina, Minnesota office and other locations within the US and globally as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle: Administer onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
  • Shared Services: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and respond to them efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate people processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Administrative Excellence: Own and execute administrative tasks related to employment verifications, Workday data entry, data reporting, and audits with precision.
  • A team player and exhibits "customer-first" thinking.

What You'll Need

  • 2 years of previous HR administration experience.
  • 2 years of HR Systems experience (Workday experience is a plus), or technically savvy and willingness to learn many systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. This estimate is based on industry standards and the location of the position.
