Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Wantagh, New York.

Job Summary:

We are a Quality of Care Focused Orthopedic private practice seeking a Physical Therapist to treat a General Orthopedic patient population in our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports medicine and general orthopedics.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience, or new grads with 1 clinical in outpatient.
  • Current CPR certification.
