Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Wantagh, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Orthopedic department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Current CPR certification.
