Travel Physical Therapist

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel opportunity in Wantagh, New York.
Job Summary:We are a quality-focused orthopedic private practice seeking a Physical Therapist to treat a general orthopedic patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Current CPR certification
