At Pivotal Med Supply, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Medical Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of provider documentation requirements for prescription processing and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient documentation & provider chart notes to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines & other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with field force to clarify any discrepancies or ambiguities in documentation.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Teams, to track and manage provider interactions and documentation.
  • Support the Customer Service team by providing insights and updates on compliance standards.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and analyzing medical documentation.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Medicare documentation requirements preferred.
