Position Summary:
As a dedicated Childcare Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable experiences for our members and their children. Your responsibilities will encompass warm welcomes, interactive engagement with young members, proficient phone communication, and maintaining a pristine environment. The safety of the children in your care will always be your foremost priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and interact with all members, prospective members, guests, and children, ensuring an exceptional experience through cleanliness, culture, and service.
  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and nurturing demeanor while engaging with children and their families.
  • Consistently engage with children through various activities while prioritizing their safety and administering first aid when necessary.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks to uphold the Chuze standard.
  • Maintain familiarity with general front desk operations, including membership tours, pricing, point-of-sale transactions, and phone inquiries.
  • Assist in all facets of Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, check-ins and check-outs, phone management, reporting, and addressing guardian inquiries.
  • Document detailed incident reports for children as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • At least 1 year of childcare experience.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
    • Mobility to tour the facility, including walking and climbing stairs.
    • Capability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive arm movements.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Proficiency in phone operations and typing.
    • Capacity to lift at least 50 lbs.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Background in sports or fitness.
