Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
  • Communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, architects, and clients
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints
  • Review and approve all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure project success
  • Use Procore and Bluebeam software to manage project documents and communications
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.
