- Monitor and report on the progress of our youth, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our youth and their families, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our youth at all times, responding to emergencies and crises as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in youth care and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with our youth and their families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A competitive salary range of $17.50 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
