Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing a strategic sales approach aimed at US educational providers.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic alliances with key educational organizations.
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Developing and sustaining a personal brand through public speaking, publishing, and thought leadership in the education and AI domains.

What You Will Not Be Doing:
  • Focusing exclusively on internal management and team oversight.
  • Overseeing traditional educational operations or curriculum design.
  • Engaging in repetitive cold outreach or high-pressure sales methods.

Chief Visionary Officer Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic formulation and execution of initiatives to enhance user engagement and sales of AI-driven LMS in the US educational sector.


Basic Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales or business development roles within the EdTech industry.
  • A proven history of driving sales growth and market expansion, including the development or marketing of a $100m EdTech product.
  • Strong relationships and credibility with procurement divisions of educational institutions.
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools to achieve measurable productivity and/or product enhancements.
  • Ability to cultivate and engage a social media presence and influence public perception of the product portfolio.
  • Currently residing in the US and willing to travel for public engagements.

About Innovative EdTech Company:

We are a pioneering educational startup focused on creating an online community for the most underserved demographic in US education – gifted and talented students.

We operate as a remote-first organization, hiring globally through Crossover.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position, requiring an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.

The compensation for this role is $200 USD/hour, translating to $400,000 USD/year based on a 40-hour work week and 50 weeks per year.

Payments are made weekly.
