Job Overview

This role is pivotal in managing item statuses within our tracking platform, ensuring seamless communication throughout the development lifecycle of licensed products. The coordinator will oversee the progression of projects and relay any updates or challenges to relevant departments including ICM, Art, Marketing, and Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor licensed submissions within our system, which includes archiving concepts, capturing sample images, documenting licensor feedback, and maintaining precise digital records throughout the approval stages. Responsible for dispatching pre-production and production samples to licensors, as well as addressing requests for modifications from licensors to the Art Studio or associated entities.
  • Engage directly with licensors through their approval systems or via email to guarantee that licensed products receive necessary approvals at each stage of development.
  • Facilitate communication between the Licensor, Art Studio, and other departments as required.
  • Revise and update the training manual in accordance with any procedural changes.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, along with six months to one year of relevant experience or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Proficient in interacting in both individual and small group settings with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively to ensure timely completion.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage professionally with diverse personalities within the organization and to address internal and external customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with essential software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate level.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands for this position require the employee to regularly sit, use hands for various tasks, reach with arms, and communicate verbally. The role may involve lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 40 pounds on rare occasions. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
