As a Patient Placement Coordinator RN at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, you will play a critical role in facilitating the design, implementation, and monitoring of processes to improve patient flow within our urban hospitals. You will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor and Resource Coordinators to orchestrate timely placement of all admissions, ensuring correct patient status, level of care, and bed availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor information systems for timely completion and accurate input
- Request immediate compliance from responsible staff
- Collaborate with AS and RCs to ensure timely placement of admissions
- Verify patient status, level of care, and bed availability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
