Your Role:
As a Senior Strategic Analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience to conduct specialized analysis, strategic planning, and research. Your insights will be crucial in evaluating information from diverse sources and making informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning for campaigns, contingencies, and crises, focusing on joint problem sets that require in-depth knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes.
- Utilize advanced modeling and measurement techniques to enhance project outcomes.
- Conduct functional modeling based on thorough requirements analysis.
- Oversee functional testing across various projects or systems.
- Identify and recommend necessary resources for effective task execution.
- Develop new functionalities or enhance existing ones to meet client requirements.
- Create and update project documentation, including procedures, presentations, and training materials.
- Perform functional allocations to delineate tasks and their inter-relationships.
- Consult with clients to determine optimal designs for assigned projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Act as an advisor to clients in specialized areas, recommending functional changes and identifying areas for further exploration.
- Generate comprehensive recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other significant documents for senior-level client personnel.
Qualifications:
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Required Skills:
- Experience in Military Leadership.
- Expertise in Special Operations Planning.
- Oversight experience at strategic or operational levels.
- Experience with interagency and DoD coordination.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
