About Us

Ladder Health is a pioneering virtual-first service dedicated to supporting young children (0-6) and their families. Our innovative platform leverages cutting-edge technology to identify developmental delays, recommend consultations, and facilitate virtual therapy sessions with licensed professionals.

Families and caregivers can track their child's progress, communicate with providers, and access a comprehensive library of caregiver-mediated interventions to help address therapy goals between sessions.

We are prioritizing North Carolina as our next expansion opportunity and are actively hiring to meet the growing demand.

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated pediatric Physical Therapist with experience in telehealth, early intervention, or school-based programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiver-guided intervention, strengths-based framing, and play as therapy.

The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule to accommodate convenient appointment times for busy families, a license to practice in North Carolina, and bilingual professional capabilities (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform consult/evaluation appointments with children and their families, using clinical decision-making to determine the need for ongoing support.
  2. Document personalized care plans and recommend therapy frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  3. Facilitate therapy appointments with child and caregiver(s), communicating clearly and educating them on activities and exercises to work with their child at home.
  4. Maintain up-to-date patient records, including appointment summaries, progress monitoring, and other documentation.
  5. Utilize the platform to recommend exercises/activities for caregivers to apply between appointments to work toward therapy goals.
  6. Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure children and their families receive holistic care.
Benefits

Join our innovative team and contribute to shaping a new care delivery model. Enjoy flexible hours, a competitive hourly salary, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.
