Ladder Health is a pioneering virtual-first early intervention service dedicated to supporting children (0-6) and their families. Our innovative platform leverages cutting-edge technology to screen children for developmental delays, recommend consult/evaluation appointments with relevant providers, and facilitate virtual visits with licensed therapists on an ongoing basis.

Families and caregivers can monitor their child's progress, engage with their providers, and access an extensive library of caregiver-mediated interventions to help address therapy goals between appointments.

We are prioritizing North Carolina as our next expansion opportunity and actively hiring to meet the growing demand for our services.

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist with experience in Early Intervention, school-based programs, or private practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telehealth, a passion for caregiver-guided intervention, and a commitment to using technology to enhance care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing consult/evaluation appointments, developing personalized care plans, and facilitating therapy sessions with children and their caregivers. They will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with caregivers, and contribute to the ongoing development of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct consult/evaluation appointments with children and their families to determine need for ongoing support
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, recommending therapy frequency as needed
  • Facilitate therapy sessions with children and their caregivers, providing clear guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including appointment summaries, progress monitoring, and other documentation
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure children and their families receive holistic care
