About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Private Duty Nurses LPN to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering compassionate and personalized care, with a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or equivalent
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable transportation
