Job Title: Valet Attendant

Global Parking Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Valet Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electric carts, transporting passengers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of cart interiors
  • Check battery levels, log trip counts, and assist passengers
  • Be punctual and in uniform at all times
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain an acceptable DMV record
  • Courteously assist customers and direct them to the Assistant Facility Manager as needed
  • Report accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager
  • Communicate with the garage office regarding debris, water, oil spills, and other issues
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the garage and terminals
  • Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable
Requirements:
  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid state driver's license and acceptable DMV record
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10's and 100's, and perform these operations using units of American money
