Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and repair tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality in all services provided.
  • Recruit, oversee, and mentor repair technicians, offering guidance and support as necessary.
  • Diagnose and fix a range of electronic devices, including smartphones and laptops.
  • Ensure the repair facility is organized and that all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
  • Maintain operational manuals to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality benchmarks.
  • Exceed sales and profitability goals by managing expenses, leading marketing efforts, and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure parts as required.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and repair methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electronics repair.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong technical proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of electronic devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
