Position Title: Electronics Repair Store Supervisor

Role Summary: We are in search of a candidate who possesses both technical know-how and leadership capabilities. This managerial role is pivotal to the overall performance of our establishment. The perfect applicant will have a robust understanding of electronic repairs, exceptional management skills, and a fervor for technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and repair tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality in all services provided.
- Recruit, oversee, and mentor repair technicians, offering guidance and support as necessary.
- Diagnose and fix a range of electronic devices, including smartphones and laptops.
- Ensure the repair facility is organized and that all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Maintain operational manuals to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Exceed sales and profitability goals by managing expenses, leading marketing efforts, and enhancing brand visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and procure parts as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and repair methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electronics repair.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong technical proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of electronic devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
