Position Summary: We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Master Plumber to assume the role of Responsible Master Plumber. This position involves overseeing the expansion and enhancement of our plumbing division, ensuring superior quality, adherence to regulations, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in propelling our company’s mission to become the most prominent and reliable home services provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Responsible Master Plumber for Schroeders.
- Manage and supervise all plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of plumbers and apprentices to uphold exceptional performance and quality.
- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the plumbing division, including broadening service offerings and exploring new markets.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure plumbing operations align with overall business objectives.
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Manage customer relations, ensuring exemplary service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the procurement of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new plumbing team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid Master Plumber license in Minnesota.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Master Plumber, with a proven history of managing plumbing projects and teams.
- Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and managing a team.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
