Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to become a part of our team at Insight Global. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for pediatric clients facing various speech, language, and cognitive challenges.
  • Engage clients and their families to foster the development of effective communication skills.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and create individualized care plans with specific goals.
  • Document and monitor client progress meticulously.
  • Deliver speech therapy services across all age groups, with a primary focus on pediatric patients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state license or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Preferred prior experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completion of 300 supervised clinical practicum hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $56 to $59, with variations based on experience, skills, and educational background.

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Additionally, employees will have access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Paid sick leave and other paid time off are also provided in accordance with applicable laws.
