Job Title: Manager of Training Execution

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Training Execution to join our team. As a key member of our Restaurant Support Office, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Business Unit training, including scheduling, placement, onboarding, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure Business Unit Leaders have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training experiences for Business Unit Leaders.
  • Monitor and report on training performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead content development for Business Unit Leadership College classes, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Support project management and detailed project work for general training department initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of field support training experience, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industry operations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
