About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our products by performing inspections, testing, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of Acutronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming inspections of vendor components to ensure quality and compliance with approved procedures.
  • Inspect and test Acutronic components and systems to ensure they meet customer specifications.
  • Integrate control consoles and rate tables of one and two-axis systems.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP's) to ensure satisfaction of customer specifications.
  • Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities.
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP's) to ensure satisfaction of customer specifications.
  • Perform in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair of equipment as required.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email.
Requirements
  • Associate in Specialized Technology or Associate of Science degree in electronics from an accredited college or technical trade school.
  • 2 years of experience in a Systems and Services Team or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, with occasional international travel.
  • Valid Real ID driver's license and a valid U.S. passport.
