Job Summary

Hobart Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming service requests and log customer calls with pertinent information in our system.
  • Schedule service calls to technicians and provide necessary information to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain follow-up systems for parts ordered by technicians to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform clerical functions, such as assisting with tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, shipping/receiving, and handling phone calls for supervisors.
  • Train or cross-train other employees as requested.
  • Follow up on completed service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.

Requirements

  • Accredited high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of similar or related experience with high-volume dispatching experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle competing/multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
