- Organize and manage court and out-of-court collection procedures, litigation, and consulting mandates
- Handle correspondence with clients and opponents independently and prepare necessary court and out-of-court steps in coordination with lawyers
- Vocational training as a legal assistant and several years of experience in a law firm with multiple lawyers
- Experience in handling labor law mandates is advantageous
