  • Prior experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance is preferred.
Working Conditions:

  • Frequent interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Potential for extended working hours as needed.
  • Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to make independent decisions in various situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact tactfully with diverse individuals.
  • Self-starter with minimal need for direct supervision.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
  • Capability to move throughout the workday and perform physical tasks.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English clearly.
  • Ability to manage the physical demands of the role.
  • Must possess adequate sight and hearing, with or without prosthetics, to fulfill job requirements.
  • Emotional stability and good general health are essential.
  • Ability to relate to and work with individuals in various emotional states.
  • Capacity to lift, push, pull, and move at least fifty (50) pounds.
  • Willingness to assist in the evacuation of residents when necessary.
