Landscape Foreman

Landscape Foreman Role:

Responsible for the daily management of project installation for Oak Ridge Nursery and Landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage crews efficiently to meet or exceed profit goals.
• Manage materials to stay on time and on budget.
• Ensure quality is maintained at 100% first time.
• Contribute to creating a safe work environment.
• Proactively maintain a positive team culture.
• Act as a person of influence and action.
• Assist the landscape designer in managing crews.

Entry-Level Foreman Qualifications:

• Knowledge of landscape materials and skills associated with installation.
• Daily accurate job records for materials and labor.
• Plant identification skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating machinery.
• Enforcement of safety practices.
• Driver's license and good driving record (Class A CDL preferred but not required).
• Physical fitness with the ability to lift 80 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Dependability and ability to encourage teamwork.

Mandatory 2 years of landscape experience required with a driver's license.
