Nursing Care Manager

About the RoleThis is a full-time position at Atrium Health, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in one or more patient care departments.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Lead by example, demonstrating expertise, and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN or eNLC license with the Georgia Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
