We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the State of Georgia. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to injured, ill, convalescent or disabled individuals.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will administer prescribed medications, provide documentation, and handle individual requests as needed.

Your responsibilities will include helping individuals with activities of daily living, measuring and documenting vital signs, observing and reporting changes in condition, and providing basic care and treatments.

You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess individual needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and patients.
