Dining Services Aide

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a skilled Dining Services Aide to join our team. As a Dining Services Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and courteous service to residents and guests in the dining areas.
  • Take resident meal orders and ensure timely delivery of meals.
  • Set up and bus tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Assist with pre-service setup of tray-line and assemble individual meals on tray-line.
  • Ensure all shift duties are thoroughly completed before the close of each shift period.
Requirements:
  • Relevant dining experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • One year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
  • Full understanding and application of sanitation, foodborne illness, and cross-contamination policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of dining room operational procedures and etiquette.
  • Ability to work with and interact with older adults.
