Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Oversee the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Manage inventory, finances, and workflow to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes
  • Lead with heart, motivate, and inspire the Pharmacy Support Staff
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
