Job Title: Pharmacist- Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pharmacist- Analyst at South Central Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our oncology applications within the electronic health record. You will act as a subject matter resource for EHR application integration with other clinical applications and information systems, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary support contact for the application's end users.
• Identify issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.
• Guide workflow design, build, and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic (Wisconsin) software.
• Identify and implement requested changes to the system.
• Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic (Wisconsin) staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives.
• Work with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives and organization stakeholders to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs, including deliverables and timelines.
• Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions.
• Participate in training and working with end users.
• Troubleshoot problems and questions.
• Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
• Participate in weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist, required.
• Two years hospital, oncology or specialty pharmacy experience, required.
• Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
